A unique entrepreneur whose leadership skills has a proven track record of successfully bringing visions into reality. Mr. Aelion decided to study law, earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University in 1992, and his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southwestern University Law School in 1995. He earned his Master’s of Arts in Religious Studies in 2010 from Florida International University. While heading two previous law firms, Mr. Aelion also exercised extraordinary entrepreneurial acumen, establishing several successful businesses in the areas of healthcare, media and real estate all of which are active and thriving today. He has extensive experience handling high profile media cases in both the entertainment and civil rights arenas. Currently, aside from managing his portfolio in The Aelion Group, he is the acting Chief Executive Officer of CitiMED where he is focusing on strengthening the organization's strategy as part of his succession planning. Mr. Aelion is an entrepreneur who is always looking to explore new opportunities and challenges.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Edward Weinstein made Miami his home in 1977. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from University of Florida and returned home thereafter to earn his Juris Doctor Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. He has been a member of CitiMED since its 1998 inception. Over the last 17 years, Mr. Weinstein has employed his finance and business acumen in ensuring CitiMED offices remain on the cutting edge of medical and rehabilitative technological advances, staying abreast of any legislative changes that may impact the industry, and securing the area's top board certified surgeons, physicians and rehabilitative therapy personnel. Mr. Weinstein has played a pivotal role in CitiMED's success in providing the highest level of medical care to its patients.
Dr. David Robbins is a board certified physician specializing in Neurological Rehabilitation and General Neurology. He earned a B.A. in Mathematics from the State University of New York in 1986, and his medical doctor degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1992. Returning to his native New York, Dr. Robbins completed his medical internship in Internal Medicine in 1993 at University of Rochester and his residency in Neurology in 1995, thereafter serving as Chief Resident in Neurology through 1996. He completed a Fellowship in Neurophysiology and Neuromuscular Disorders at Tufts University Boston in 1997. Dr. Robbins is licensed to practice medicine in Florida, New York and Massachusetts, and is certified by both the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. David Robbins is also the Founder and President, of CitiMED.
Dr. Vivian Padron Fajardo is a seasoned veteran in the healthcare field, with over 30 years of clinical nursing experience spanning across lifespan and countless specialties. In 1984 she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at the University of Miami. She practiced as a registered nurse at Miami Children’s Hospital (AKA Variety Children’s Hospital) for over seventeen years gaining experience in pediatric acute care and emergency room nursing. In 1997 she earned a Master’s of Science degree in Nursing with a clinical track of family practice. Her ever-growing passion and commitment to serve individuals led her journey through doctoral studies in the philosophy of nursing conferred in 2005. As a faculty member at the University of Miami School of Nursing and Health Sciences for over twelve years, she has trained and worked alongside numerous nursing students and colleagues. She strives to serve her patients, families and communities and has recently responded to the call of disaster response and relief to benefit victims of crisis and natural disasters. Dr. Fajardo says, “Given life’s uncertainties, I’m certain of one fact. I will forever be humbled and grateful to be able to touch the lives of individuals, families and communities. I vow to serve always.”
